ABOUT EdwaRD GRIFFITHS
Edward consults both in the world of Hospitality and Business. He advises on Service Excellence, and is a motivational speaker on Leadership and the power of Customer Service. He has held a number of executive positions in Business and the Hospitality Industry over the past thirty years. He is presently a Non-Executive Director of Searcys Limited and Portico Limited (part of WSH Limited). He is a founding Trustee of The Gold Service Scholarship and acts as Chairman of the Competition Group. He is on the Board of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts and is a Patron of the University of West London, from where he holds an Honorary Doctorate of Science.
Edward's previous experience included three years as an Executive Board member of WSH Limited, fourteen years working for Her Majesty The Queen as Deputy Master of the Royal Household. As Deputy Master, he managed all hospitality operations within the occupied Palaces and the interior upkeep and historical refurbishments. He also co-authored the first Royal Cookbook. Prior to joining the Royal Household, he spent eleven years as Managing Director of Roux Restaurants Limited for the acclaimed Roux Brothers.
Edward is bilingual in English and French.

Consultancy and Advice
Edward advises in three main areas, Business, Education and Historical and Refurbishment Projects.
His speciality is Service Excellence and Customer Service and advice on Quality and Operational Standards. This applies not only to the Hospitality Industry, but equally to Business and Industry.
He lectures in the Education sector, and conducts guest and public speaking engagements.
With a wealth of experience in Historic Interiors, he consults on refurbishment projects and their application to operational use.
